• A Private 1:1 introductory session

Sure is! Pilates can be a great way to rebuild strength and confidence when you’re returning to exercise. Our classes are small and structured, to allow for individual modifications and progressive programming.

We take 3 people per class. Classes are intentionally small to allow personalised attention and coaching. Private 1:1 and duet sessions are available on request.

Not at all. Many women join our classes when they’re returning to exercise after a break. Because our groups are small, we can provide guidance and adjustments so you feel comfortable learning the equipment and movements.

Our classes are calm, supportive and structured. Many women tell us it feels like a space where they can finally focus on themselves for a while - moving, breathing and building strength without pressure or noise.
