Whether you’re returning after a break, navigating midlife, post-baby or simply wanting structured strength without chaos - this is a place to begin.

BEFORE YOU JOIN

All participants will complete:

• A 60-minute Pre-Class Assessment
• A 1:1 introductory session

This ensures:

  • The right starting level

  • Equipment familiarity

  • Safe progressions

  • Individual modifications where needed

If you are experiencing pelvic floor weakness, leakage, prolapse symptoms or other bothersome concerns, we recommend booking any on of our 60min Initial Pelvic Health Assessments with a Women’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapists prior to starting.

We’ll guide you.

After an initial assessment and a 1:1 session

Casual class - $60 per class
5 Class Pack - $275 ($55 per class)
10 Class Pack — $500 ($50 per class)
