Ready. Set. Gym. is an 6-week small-group strength program co-designed by Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Michelle Perks, and Exercise Physiologist, Ash Castledine from Triad Exercise Physiology, for women who want to return to lifting with confidence. Whether you’ve come through pregnancy, surgery, or just a long break from training, we’ll help you rebuild from the ground up, with pelvic-floor-friendly foundations, real-world strength movements, and expert physio guidance.

Each 45min class builds on the last, giving you the tools to move well, lift safely, and feel stronger than ever. Spaces are limited to 6 participants per class in our studio gym - sign up today and commit to yourself.

Ready.Set.Gym: Mumma designed with pregnant and postnatal women in mind, a graded return to gym program ideal for women from 6 weeks to 12months postnatal. Non-mobile babies welcome. A pelvic floor assessment is encouraged prior to attending - please book with us at PhysioSista or with your regular pelvic floor physio.

Class time: Monday 5pm

Ready.Set.Gym: Recover - for women with prolapse, post surgery or just wanting general guidance around exercise with pelvic floor dysfunction. Pregnant and postnatal women are welcome to join these classes. Not suitable for babies.

Class time: Wed 6:30am, Thurs 6:30pm.

Assessment First?

An initial appointment prior to attending is required if you wish to claim classes on private health insurance. A pelvic floor assessment is recommended prior to attending studio gym classes. Please book either a 30min Pre-exercise screen if you have no concerns with your pelvic floor, or 60min Initial Pelvic Health Assessment if you have more you need to tell us. If you have been seen at PhysioSista prior to joining, no need for another assessment, simply book a casual class or purchase to attend the whole block of 6 classes and book your first class today!

How much are classes?

Casual classes $45 per session or book a block of 6 classes for $250.

(health fund rebates may apply depending on your level of cover for physio or exercise physiology)
