strength and confidence
Life is busy. Laundry piles up, your to-do list never ends and self-care often gets pushed aside. But taking care of yourself isn’t optional, it’s essential. Our Bibra Lake studio offers a range of small, focused classes, designed to suit every stage of life. Whether you’re returning to exercise after pregnancy, managing menopause or prolapse, or looking to stay active as you age, we’ve got a program for you.
Classes are led by qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists to ensure you can exercise safely and with modifications to suit all fitness levels.
Pre-Exercise Assessment
We recommend you book 60-min pre-class assessment before attending your first exercise class, to ensure our classes are appropriate. We use external Real Time Ultrasound to check your pelvic floor and abdominal wall muscles in this assessment. Current clients do not need another assessment.
If you have pelvic floor symptoms and require an internal examination, please book any of our 60-min initial pelvic health assessments for a more detailed assessment.
A 30-min pre-class assessment is available for women who do not need any 1:1 instruction prior to attending, and for young women attending Teen classes.
An assessment is required every 12 months if you wish to claim a rebate on private health for physio-led classes.
