Work With PhysioSista

Join a team grounded in care.

At PhysioSista, we’re passionate about pelvic health and we’re building a team that shares our commitment to care, connection and creating a positive impact.

We’re a small, thoughtful team based in Bibra Lake, working with women at all stages of life to help them move better, feel stronger and live well. Our approach is evidence-based, person-centred and grounded in kindness.

As we grow, we’re looking to connect with clinicians who value both professional development and genuine human connection, people who want to do meaningful work in an environment that’s supportive, respectful and real.

The other woman with dark hair tied back is sitting on a chair, facing her. There is a white desk with various items including a mask, tissues, a plant, and a phone.

Who We’re Looking For

You might be an experienced pelvic health physiotherapist or someone newer to this area of practice - but if you’re open, curious and values-aligned, we’d love to hear from you.

We're especially keen to meet people who:

  • Are thoughtful communicators who listen as much as they speak

  • Bring warmth, clarity, and professionalism to their work

  • Are open to learning, collaborating, and contributing to a supportive team culture

  • See physiotherapy and exercise as a tool for education, empowerment and long-term wellbeing.
